The Eye-Fi is an SD memory card that adds Wi-fi to almost any camera and is coupled with a free Eye-Fi service that supports automatic uploads to 20 different web photo sites inc. Flickr as well as your home computer. Cool.

Publishing your pics - the easy way

You take lots of photos while out enjoying life - but do you get to share them? You may be surprised to know that most people don't either. It seems that most of us don't know how simple it is to share photos on via the web or are even to frightened to look!

Well now, thanks to Windows Live Photo Gallery you can not only do all those little corrections to your photos like red eye, exposure or cropping - but you can also catalogue all your pictures too, to help you find them again. Then, on top of all that you can publish your favourite photos - together with your cataloguing indices - nice and simply with the click of your button.

Yes, Windows Live Photo Gallery new beta is available and enables you to do all the above and lots more.

By using the Publish option you can send your pictures up to your Windows Live Space - a free web site available to you by signing up with a Windows Live ID - or to the Flickr photography sharing web site. Or indeed to both!

The other top thing is that Windows Live Photo Gallery also runs on Windows XP as well as Windows Vista!! So all you XP'ers can get what ours Vista ground breakers have had plus a little bit more (and us Vista ground breakers can take it too!!).
